The MarbleGate BreezeNova 8-in-1 portable air conditioner is currently crowdfunding on Kickstarter. The company says that the gadget is suitable for outdoor and indoor use with a cooling area of up to 60 ft²/h (~6 m²/h). The device can produce up to 1,100 BTU/h (105 W) cooling power across three modes and two fan speeds.
The gadget also features a mosquito repeller, Bluetooth speaker and built-in flashlight. Plus, the BreezeNova can act as a power bank, charging connected devices via three USB-C and three USB-A ports. The air conditioner can run quietly at 48 dBA, and you can control the gadget via a touchscreen. The device comes with a vent hose and drainage pipe to empty water from the condensation tank.
MarbleGate suggests that the portable gadget is lightweight and compact, weighing 27 lbs (~12 kg) and measuring 19 x 9 x 12-in (~48 x 23 x 30 cm). Wheels and a retractable handle make the air conditioner easier to transport. The BreezeNova Power comes with a 24 V 20 Ah battery that can power the device for up to 5 hours between charges.
You can currently receive the BreezeNova and BreezeNova Power portable air conditioners when you pledge US$239 or US$359 to the Kickstarter campaign; the gadgets will eventually retail for US$469 and US$799, respectively. The company is shipping worldwide, with delivery estimated for December.
