Vivo Y77e 5G With Mediatek Dimensity 810 SoC launched: Price, specifications and more – Gadgets Now
Vivo has expanded its Y series smartphone line up with the launch of Vivo Y77e 5G today (August 12) in China. The smartphone comes with a water-drop notch display and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity SoC chipset.
Vivo Y77e: Price, colours and availability
Vivo Y77e comes with a price tag of CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs 20,000) for the 8GB+128GB storage variant. The smartphone also comes in two other storage variants– 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. However, the prices of these variants are not yet revealed by the company. The handset comes in three colour variants– Crystal Black, Crystal Powder, and Summer Listening to the Sea.
Vivo Y77e: Features and specifications
Vivo Y77e sports a 6.58-inch FHD+ display with a 1080×2,408 pixels resolution. The smartphone offers 60Hz of refresh rate and 90.6% screen-to-body ratio along with a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The phone features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports face unlock for secure authentication.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC chipset paired with Mali G57 GPU and offers up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM.
Vivo Y77 features a dual rear camera setup that includes– 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. Front is a home to 8MP sensor for clicking selfies and doing video calls. The camera unit onboards– HDR, multilayer portrait, slow-motion, panorama, live photo, and super night mode and others.
Connectivity options include– WLAN, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, Glonass, OTG, and a USB Type-C port.
Vivo Y77e packs a 5000mAh battery with an 18W fast charging support. The battery promises to offer up to 25 days of standby time in a single charge.
